Start with the person, then the posture
Bring the concern that led you here: difficulty holding a position, a visible shift or discomfort during an everyday task. Dr. Koser considers your posture alongside movement, symptoms and examination findings. Appearance alone does not tell the whole story.
Progressive corrective exercise
The clinic’s Muscle Balance approach includes individualized work for postural concerns, lumbar control and cervical strength. Exercises are selected and progressed according to your findings and ability. You should understand what each exercise is for and what to practice between visits.

Make the goal specific
Tell us if you want to tolerate desk work, return to training or feel more confident with a particular movement. Reassessment gives us a chance to discuss what has improved, what remains difficult and whether the plan should change. A picture of posture is not the only way to judge progress.
A sideways shift needs its own evaluation
If your torso appears shifted to one side, tell Dr. Koser when you noticed it and whether it changes with movement or comes with symptoms. The lateral-shift guide explains what we assess. Structural-scoliosis correction is outside the care described here.
Before you visit
Your questions, answered.
Is there a single exercise routine for every posture?
No. Dr. Koser uses the examination and your ability to choose the work and progression. A generic routine may miss the reason you are having difficulty.
What kind of posture care do you offer?
Our care focuses on your assessment, movement and individualized corrective exercise. Dr. Koser draws on posture research when discussing a plan. The clinic does not offer the complete Chiropractic BioPhysics technique or claim CBP certification.
